Due to the custom nature of this product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on our crystal flip flops.   As each pair of Swarovski flipflops is custom made to your specifications, please allow 2 weeks for your sandals to ship.   A word about the Adhesive: The Swarovski Crystals are hand set on the Havaianas Flip-Flops using a unique adhesive formulated for this purpose. The adhesive is waterproof, non-flammable, and acid free. Most importantly, it remains flexible, which makes it a perfect product for this purpose. We include a few extra crystals (much like clothing manufacturers includes extra buttons) just in case a crystal is lost.   The women's style will be printed with Brazilian and men's sizing conversions on the footbed.
